> Shoes for ice driving should not be snow boots which can be too bulky to drive in, shoes with good grip but supple enough to drive in are ideal (such as Gore-Tex trail running sneakers). Layered clothing is also recommended as you will be in warm cars most of the time, so you won’t need to drive in bulky jackets.
