The steps we're taking to care for you

At Audi, the health and wellbeing of our customers will always be our first priority. Which is why we’re focussed on providing you meaningful support during this time of crisis, leaving you to focus on the things that are more important to you.

Audi dealers remain open to look after you, in both a sales and a service capacity. Of course, during these times, your health, and the health of our people is our top priority. And we completely understand community concerns around both social distancing and hygiene. So please, rest assured, we have protocols in place across our dealer network to ensure compliance with social distancing, as well as enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures for our premises and on all vehicles to make sure you stay, and feel safe.

    In addition to implementing strict social distancing and enhanced hygiene practices throughout dealerships, many Audi dealers are providing customers with a range of alternative servicing options like vehicle pick-up and drop-off, as well as mobile servicing. Many dealers are also offering customers flexible payment plans for vehicle servicing.

Where possible, we will collect and return your vehicle to ensure you’re always able to stay focused on the critical work you’re doing.

    We’re always looking to make the purchase process as easy for you as possible. So now you can buy your Audi on your terms. You can have a virtual consultation, a car delivered to you to test drive and now, you can even purchase your car, and have it delivered, all from the comfort of your own home.

    Audi Financial Services’ (AFS) main priority right now is supporting customers in need. That’s why we’re pleased to offer you up to 6 months financial hardship support if your financial situation has changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
