Audi Australia Covid-19 Response

The steps we're taking to care for you

At Audi, we understand that the various COVID-19 restrictions around Australia make things uncertain. That’s why we want to provide certainty to those customers that are affected by restrictions due to the current spread of the virus.

As ever, our key focus is the health, safety and well-being of our people and our customers. You can be sure that all Audi dealers have protocols in place to ensure compliance with all health regulations and social distancing, as well as enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures, to make sure that you feel safe.

If government restrictions require any of our showrooms to be closed, then our sales teams would be delighted to assist you via phone or email. All our service centres remain open and ready to assist you for any urgent repairs or maintenance work, preferably via appointment.

As always, we’re here to help you, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Stay healthy and, please, look out for one another during these difficult times.
