The steps we're taking to care for you

At Audi, the health and wellbeing of our customers will always be our first priority. Which is why we’re focussed on providing you meaningful support during this time of crisis, leaving you to focus on the things that are more important to you.

Audi dealers remain open to look after you, in both a sales and a service capacity. Of course, during these times, your health, and the health of our people is our top priority. And we completely understand community concerns around both social distancing and hygiene. So please, rest assured, we have protocols in place across our dealer network to ensure compliance with social distancing, as well as enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures for our premises and on all vehicles to make sure you stay, and feel safe.

    Service to suit you

    We’re committed to ensuring Audi owners always enjoy complete peace of mind. That’s why we’re offering a free, three-month extension to any owner whose new car warranty is expiring between March 1st, 2020 and May 31st, 2020. The extension applies from their original expiry date. It’s one of the ways we’re showing our support and gratitude to owners who have maintained isolation throughout these times.

    In addition to implementing strict social distancing and enhanced hygiene practices throughout dealerships, many Audi dealers are providing customers with a range of alternative servicing options like vehicle pick-up and drop-off, as well as mobile servicing. Many dealers are also offering customers flexible payment plans for vehicle servicing.

    We want to ensure frontline workers can stay on the front line fighting Covid-19. That’s why Audi dealerships across Australia are proud to prioritise vehicle servicing for these essential service workers. Where possible, we will collect and return your vehicle to ensure you’re always able to stay focused on the critical work you’re doing.

    We think it’s time to set our sights on the future and are pleased to give something back to frontline workers. If you’re a frontline worker° – when you purchase a new Audi prior to June 30 we’ll include;

    Complimentary registration, stamp duty and CTP^
