How is Audi Australia keeping its employees, dealers and customers safe?

As ever, our key focus is the health, safety and well-being of our people and our customers. You can be sure that all Audi dealers have protocols in place to ensure compliance with all health regulations and social distancing, as well as enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures, to make sure that you feel safe.

If government restrictions require any of our showrooms to be closed, then our sales teams would be delighted to assist you via phone or email. All our service centres remain open and ready to assist you for any urgent repairs or maintenance work, preferably via appointment.

Emergencies

If I have an emergency (breakdown or issue with part of my vehicle), will Audi still be providing roadside assistance?

AudiCare roadside assist remains open 24/7 for any emergency service requirements. They can be reached at 1800 818 833.

Service and Repairs

Are Audi Dealers open for Service, Repairs and to carry out any current Recalls?

All our service centres remain open and ready to assist you for any urgent repairs or maintenance work, preferably via appointment.

What steps are being taken to ensure that I am kept safe when I drop my vehicle off or pick it up?

The health of customers and staff is our priority. In the matter of vehicle preparation and handovers, Audi dealers are using enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols and exemplary cleaning procedures.

This emphasises cleaning the most commonly touched surfaces:
-Door handles (interior and exterior) and interior door pulls
-Window switches / handles
-Steering wheel
-Gear shift knobs and levers
-In-car controls and knobs (entertainment units and similar)
-Seat belts and buckles
-Centre consoles
-Boot handles / releases
-Fuel releases / flaps
-Staff wear disposable gloves and facemasks during this process

I have an appointment scheduled, should I bring my car in?

What will happen if my Audi is due for maintenance and my local dealer closes?

I have a warning light come on to my car - what should I do?

As a first step, we recommend you check the owner’s manual for information.

If you require additional assistance, please contact your local Audi Dealer or Audi Australia Customer Service on 1800 50 AUDI (2834).

Are Audi Dealers experiencing any delay in part deliveries?

Audi Australia’s parts distribution centres are continuing normal operation, currently without any substantial delays, ensuring that all parts are being shipped to Audi Dealers across Australia.

Payments and Finance

What happens if I can't make a loan repayment?

If you have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and are unable to meet your car loan repayments, you can apply for assistance via our Financial Assistance Portal (https://assist.vwfsaustralia.com.au). Supported web browsers include Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

Alternatively you can call on 1300 734 567. Operating hours are open 9am – 5pm (AEST), Monday – Friday.

My contract is due to mature in the next month, what do I do?

If you have an existing Audi Financial Services contract that is due to mature in the next month, and have been impacted by COVID-19, please contact the relevant department below:

Will there be any delays in vehicle arrivals or deliveries?

We expect that in most cases, customers will not expect any delays. In some specific cases there may be delays, and your Audi dealer will be happy to assist you to understand these circumstances.

Can I still order a new Audi vehicle?

Yes, Audi dealers are still taking orders and remain happy to assist you. You can still browse our full model range and configure your new vehicle here.
