How is Audi Australia keeping its employees, dealers and customers safe?
Audi Australia's first priority is the health of our people and our customers. We acknowledge growing community concerns around hygiene and social distancing. Emergencies

If I have an emergency (breakdown or issue with part of my vehicle), will Audi still be providing roadside assistance?
AudiCare roadside assist remains open 24/7 for any emergency service requirements. They can be reached at 1800 818 833.

Service and Repairs

Are Audi Dealers open for Service, Repairs and to carry out any current Recalls?
Most Audi Australia dealerships are open, although some have altered opening hours. We recommend calling your local Dealer to confirm their hours of operation.
What steps are being taken to ensure that I am kept safe when I drop my vehicle off or pick it up?
The health of customers and staff is our priority. In the matter of vehicle preparation and handovers, Audi dealers are using enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols exemplary cleaning procedures. This emphasises cleaning the most commonly touched surfaces:

-Door handles (interior and exterior) and interior door pulls
-Window switches / handles
-Steering wheel
-Gear shift knobs and levers
-In-car controls and knobs (entertainment units and similar)
-Seat belts and buckles
-Centre consoles
-Boot handles / releases
-Fuel releases / flaps
-Staff wear disposable gloves and facemasks during this process
I have an appointment scheduled, should I bring my car in?
Yes. Customers are currently allowed to purchase goods and services from retailers, including Audi dealers. We recommend calling your local Dealer to confirm their hours of operation.
What will happen if my Audi is due for maintenance and my local dealer closes?
Audi Australia has a national network of around 40 dealers, and we will do our very best to meet your needs in a way that is convenient and easy for you.
I have a warning light come on to my car - what should I do?
As a first step, we recommend you check the owner’s manual for information.

If Dealerships do close due to COVID-19 and I am unable to service according to my service schedule - what will happen?
Your Audi Dealer will endeavour to contact you to arrange a new appointment time.

If you have made an online appointment, you can rebook an alternative time without needing to contact the Dealer. Simply click the ‘Manage my booking’ button in the appointment confirmation email and follow the steps to choose a new appointment time.
Are Audi Dealers experiencing any delay in part deliveries?
Audi Australia’s parts distribution centres are continuing normal operation, currently without any substantial delays, ensuring that all parts are being shipped to Audi Dealers across Australia.

Payments and Finance

What happens if I can't make a loan repayment?
If you have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and are unable to meet your car loan repayments, please get in touch with our Hardship Assistance Team by emailing assist@vwfs.com.au. Alternatively you can call on 1300 734 567. Operating hours are open 9am – 5pm (AEST), Monday – Friday.
My contract is due to mature in the next month, what do I do?
If you have an existing Audi Choice contract that is due to mature in the next month, and have been impacted by COVID-19, please contact the relevant department below:

Are Audi dealers still offering test drives?
Audi dealers continue to offer test drives, some via a convenient door-to-door, contactless service. We recommend calling your local Dealer to confirm the options that are available to you.
Will there be any delays in vehicle arrivals or deliveries?
Due to the availability of a large inventory of models across Australian dealerships, we do not currently anticipate a lack of availability of Audi vehicles. In very specific cases there may be delays, and your Audi dealer will be happy to assist you to understand these circumstances.
Will my existing car order be impacted/delayed?
We expect that in most cases, customers will not expect any delays. However, in the event a customer's vehicles is being specially produced, there may be some delays. Your Audi dealer will be happy to assist you to understand these circumstances.
Can I still order a new Audi vehicle?
Yes, Audi dealers are still taking orders and remain happy to assist you. You can still browse our full model range and configure your new vehicle here.
