Audi Trackside Suite Terms and Conditions.
> Audi Australia makes the Audi F1 Trackside Suite Experience (“the Experience”) available to you from the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (“AGPC”). This experience requires payment in full to secure your ticket allocation.
> Tickets are non-transferable or redeemable for other offers, and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
> A maximum of 6 tickets per customer applies. Entrants to the Experience must be 12-years and over. Any entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
> If you wish to forfeit or modify your ticket, you must notify Audi Australia via customer@audi.com.au by no later than 5:00pm, Friday 6 February 2026. Any requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
> The Experience and any other events hosted or sponsored by Audi Australia, at its discretion, are subject to satisfying a certain number of participants. If ticket allocations are exhausted, no further purchases will be possible. If minimum numbers are not met, Audi Australia reserves the right to cancel the event without further notice. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund.
> Audi Australia, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to change, amend or modify the Experience. Audi Australia will undertake reasonable endeavours to ensure that any such modifications are of the same, or similar value. Any material changes will be communicated by Audi Australia as soon as reasonably practicable.
> For the avoidance of doubt, tickets to the Experience excludes meals, accommodation, flights, transportation, taxes, insurance and all other ancillary and discretionary costs except for inclusions expressly stated.
> Tickets are subject to AAGPC’s Attendance Conditions and Hospitality Conditions available here https://www.grandprix.com.au/event/conditions. In the event of inconsistency, the AGPC Terms and Conditions prevail. AGPC reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw their Terms and Conditions in accordance with the terms therein.
1. Data Collection and Use
By purchasing tickets to the Experience, you acknowledge and agree that Audi Australia may collect personal information from you. This information may be shared with third parties, including the AGPC for purposes related to:
Ticketing allocation, verification and event management;
Marketing and advertising communications related to the Experience; and
Other secondary purposes ancillary to the provision of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Privacy Policy Compliance
Audi Australia manages and handles your personal information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (VIC). Your data will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Audi Australia’s Privacy Policy, which you can accessed at Privacy Policy.
