Terms and Conditions

1.Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.The Promoter is Volkswagen Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 14 093 117 876) trading as Audi Australia (“Promoter”) of Level 7, 895 Dowling Street, Zetland, NSW 2017.

3.Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold a full valid Australian driver’s licence (excluding provisional drivers licenses) in attendance at the AFLOAT venue during the Promotional Period. All employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its authorised Audi Dealerships are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law or sister-in-law.

4.Promotion commences at 7:00am (AEDT) on Saturday 28 February 2026 and ends at 23:59pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 10 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

5.To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period

  • Scan the QR code on selected Axil Coffee Cups or at the AFLOAT venue during the Melbourne Formula 1.
  • Scan the QR code and access the online competition entry form.
  • Complete and submit the online form, including all required fields.
  • Accept these terms and conditions of the competition as part of the submission process.

6.Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Standard data charges (if any) may apply for accessing the entry form.

7.Only one (1) entry permitted per person.

8.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

9.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

10.If the competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify the entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.

11.The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who engages in any act or omission which in the opinion of the Promoter may be considered immoral, deceptive, scandalous or in contrast to acceptable standards of social behaviour.

12.The draw will take place at the Promotors Office, Level 7, 895 South Dowling Street, Zetland, New South Wales at 15:00 (AEST) on Wednesday 11 March 2026. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and the winner’s name and suburb will be published on www.audi.com.au/en/audi-driving-experience/ for a minimum period of 28 days from the business day after the draw.

13.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14.The first valid entry drawn will win: 

  • An Audi Drive Experience for two (2) valued at $2,900 to take place on Friday, 13 November 2026 at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (VIC) and is subject to program availability and the Audi driving experience terms, safety requirements and waivers applicable on the day; and 
  • A $2,000 Flight Centre travel voucher.

Travel, accommodation, food, transport and other ancillary costs not expressly included as part of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

15.The total pool prize is valued at $4,900. 

16.Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take/redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 

17.If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

18.Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

19.If the prize is unclaimed by 5:00pm (AEDT) on 27 May 2026, despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to contact the winner, a second chance draw will be conducted at the same location at 3:00pm (AEDT) on 28 May 2026. The redraw winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days and published online for at least 28 days where required.

20.Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

21.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

22.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

23.Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Expo  event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of the prize.

24.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each entrant submits to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

25.Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may collect their personal information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI and consenting to the Promoter using this PI for the purposes set out in this clause. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.audi.com.au/en/privacy-policy/.In addition to administering the Promotion, the Promoter will use entrant personal information for direct marketing only where the entrant has provided express consent at the point of entry. Entrants can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe facility in each message. The Promoter will maintain records of consents. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
