> Comfortable, casual clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended.

> Evening functions are smart casual dress.

> Please note there is a 20kg luggage limit per person for the tour.

> Any fines will be forward to you or the respective authority will be informed.  Please accurately fill in the logbooks with the active driving times provided in the vehicles.

> All vehicles have full comprehensive insurance.  Participants are liable up to an amount of €1,000 per claim for damage on public roads and €5,000 per claim for damage outside public roads.  Participants may be released from this obligation if the damage occurred in driving exercises during which the participant demonstrably followed the instructions of the instructor team.  The participants are liable without limitation for intentional or grossly negligent conduct in accordance with the statutory provisions.

> Audi recommends that participants take out travel cancellation insurance and insurance to cover the cost of assistance, including return travel in the event of accident, illness or death.

> The program may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as soon as they arise.

> International flight costs and any other travel-related, accommodation-related or other ancillary costs, other than what is stated above are excluded.

> Further exclusions include: Any alcohol that is not provided by Audi at dinner. Hotel incidentals such as mini-bar and laundry. Any applicable visa related costs for entry into Germany, Austria and Italy.

> Cost is for twin share accommodation with two people maximum per vehicle. By purchasing one place at $22,500, you can elect to take one companion or attend and drive solo. The cost remains the same.

> Should you and your travelling companion wish to have separate rooms, an extra $1,225 per person is payable (subject to availability). An invoice for the extra per person cost will be sent once availability is confirmed.
