1.Audi connect plus Navigation & Infotainment services are provided through a SIM card permanently installed in the vehicle. The costs of calls and data connections are included in the price of the services. Audi connect plus services are valid for 10 years after vehicle delivery. Emergency call and automatic service reminder are valid for 10 years after vehicle delivery. If Audi connect plus services are based on services from third-party providers, permanent availability cannot be guaranteed as this is the responsibility of the third-party provider.
2.Audi connect plus Security & Assistance services are provided through a SIM card permanently installed in the vehicle. The costs of calls and data connections are included in the price of the services. The services provided by Audi are only available within the coverage of the mobile phone network. The services are generally provided for at least 10 years from vehicle delivery. The emergency call service is provided for up to 10 years from vehicle delivery.
