Emergency Call - Audi Connect Plus

In the event of an accident, an emergency call is automatically placed, e.g., if an airbag is deployed. The car will then automatically connect to the Audi emergency call centre. If it is not possible to contact the persons in the vehicle by telephone, emergency services will be notified. If there is a medical emergency in the car, the call can also be triggered manually via the eCall button in the roof module. This service is safety-critical and therefore cannot be switched off.

Advantages

  • Triggers automatically in the event of a serious accident
  • Provides personal support by voice until assistance is available

  • A1*, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q3, Q5, Q7, Q8, Q8 e-tron and e-tron GT ranges: The SIM card is integrated in the vehicle
  • myAudi account and pairing with vehicle
