When is a Service due?

When is a Service due?

Your Audi will detect and display a reminder when a service is due. Audi’s fixed service intervals are based on an average driving period of approximately 15,000km per year. Therefore a scheduled service is due every 12 months or 15,000km’s (whichever occurs first). To keep your Audi performing at its best, additional work such as air filters and spark plugs are changed at varying intervals depending on time or mileage.
(For all MY prior to MY17 please refer to your Audi Service Schedule booklet.)

  • Audi Digital Service Concept

Audi’s Digital Service Schedule concept was introduced in the B9 A4 and then from all other MY17 Audi models. This means these vehicles will have their entire service history stored electronically in a secure digital data base. This ensures your service records are accurately maintained providing proof of service, while helping to protect your warranty and preserve resale values. Your vehicle digital service history can be viewed via your myAudi account.

Additionally, when you have your Audi’s scheduled servicing performed at an Audi Service Centre, you become eligible to join the Audi Experience program, offering a calendar of events, masterclasses and bespoke partner offers, exclusively for you.ⱽᴵ

Program membership is for a period of 12 months from the date the scheduled service was performed at an Audi Service Centre.

To discover more about the program, visit myAudi Australia. For full details please see the Terms and Conditions.
