Audi’s new allroad quattro concepts are about to arrive in Australia. Both an A4 allroad quattro and an A6 allroad quattro will be available as limited edition models.
These stylish, versatile and dynamic vehicles offer a combination of quattro all-wheel drive, rugged offroad body styling and Audi’s vigorous TDI engine.
The A4 allroad quattro will be launched with a 2.0 TDI engine, underbody protection in stainless steel and an offroad detection system as part of the ESP. The 2.0 TDI engine produces 130kW of power and 380Nm of torque, and delivers fuel consumption of 6.0 litres per 100km and 156 grams of CO2 per kilometre.
The A6 allroad quattro is now in it’s third generation, with an extremely loyal following of owners thanks to it’s rugged good looks and smooth 3.0 TDI engine offering 180kW and 580Nm of torque, combined with quattro all-wheel drive and a very high level of standard specification.
Audi’s allroad quattro concepts are the ideal combination of versatile load-carriers with offroad suitability, wrapped in a dynamic, yet powerful-looking package.
Both models will be officially launched in mid-October 2012.
